Date: Sunday, Jan.28th, Vendor setup starts at 8 am    Time: 11 am -- 3 pm
Location: 308 E. 4th St. Port Angeles, WA 98362
Fee: $150, includes 8" table with linens and two chairs, pipe and drape backdrop,  light snacks, water, coffee.  
Set Up: Sunday, January 28th beginning at 8:00 am. There is a loading area with large double doors giving access to the vendor floor. Please indicate on the registration form your approximate time for arrival and setup if you plan to use the loading zone. Also, let us know if you need any special accommodations for your space (power, additional room for your display, ADA accommodations, or other needs)

Additional Information:
As the Chamber of Commerce our mission for the wedding expo is to provide marketing and generate business for local wedding vendors, which is why we charge a fraction of the typical vendor cost for most wedding trade shows.

Because the event hall is so large we can accommodate vendors with larger space requirements. CONVERSTATIONS WITH THE BRIDES AND GROOMS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE EXPO, so your booth need not be elaborate. Most vendors will have a tabletop display with some type of backdrop, but others will have a more extensive setup. 

The 2020 Expo attracted about 135 brides and grooms, along with their friends and family members, for a total of nearly 400 people. By charging a small admission to the expo we reduce the number of looky-loos and "tire kickers", and focus on attracting those who are actively seeking wedding professionals.

A limited number of discounted registration fees are available in exchange for goods and services for the door prize drawings. Let us know if you're interested.
